We will ship the items you ordered within 2 business days. Our preferred carriers are UPS or USPS. When we ship your order, we will email a package tracking number to you. If there is any problem with your order, please let us know and we will fix it.

+ Can my order be shipped Overnight?

No. Unfortunately, fragrance products are classified as ORM-D by all major carriers. We are not permitted to ship our products using services that involve airplanes.

+ What if my order is a gift?

No problem. Go to your shopping cart and enter your zip code as well as your shipping method. You will see “Do you have any gift items in your order?” and “Add gift options”. You can make the entire order a gift, or just individual items.

+ Can I return or exchange a product?
